2025
State College Connector Project (322 and 144 Expansion). PennDOT has announced a major expansion project for the Route 322 and 144 corridors in State College and should be providing notices to those affected as early as 2025. This $800 million dollar project would complete a four-lane highway from Happy Valley to Harrisburg and have a major impact on the region.
Currently, PennDOT is considering multiple paths for the roadway improvements, but has yet to settle on a final design plan. No matter the path chosen, this project will change the face of the community in unprecedented ways.

Faherty Law Firm Hires Experienced Eminent Domain Attorney Adam Klein. Faherty Law Firm is pleased to announce the hiring of attorney Adam Klein. Attorney Klein is an experienced eminent domain litigator with over 15 years of eminent domain experience. Before joining Faherty Law Firm, Attorney Klein was a partner at Harrisburg-based law firm Smigel, Anderson & Sacks where his areas of practice included eminent domain, criminal law, civil litigation and zoning and land development. Before that he was a member of Joseph A. Klein P.C., a law firm whose primary focus was eminent domain. He is also a former Dauphin County Deputy District Attorney.
Attorney Klein is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. Attorney Klein values his ties to the community having served as Chairman of the West Hanover Township Board of Supervisors, Solicitor for the Dauphin County Controller, Director of Tall Cedars of Lebanon Forest #43 and a Member of the Manada Hill Conservancy.
