Adam G. Klein

Adam Klein is a Shareholder of Faherty Law Firm who has been providing statewide eminent domain services for Pennsylvania landowners since 2005. 

After graduating Hobart College in 1995 with a BA in English, Adam went on to the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated in 1998 and then spent several years as a Deputy District Attorney with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office where he tried dozens of jury trials and honed his courtroom skills.

After leaving the District Attorney’s office, Adam practiced eminent domain law with his father, Joseph A. Klein, Esquire, until his passing in 2011.  Joe Klein was a highly regarded eminent domain specialist who helped thousands of landowners over his career. Adam learned from his father the importance of protecting the Constitutional rights of landowners from governmental overreach and making sure that they are properly compensated as required by the 5^th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
