Tara B. Horvath graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, cum laude, in 2012. While there, she served on the Widener Law Review where she received Widener Law Journal’s Distinguished Senior Award for exceptional work as a senior staff member. She was a Merit Scholarship Recipient and received awards for outstanding legal research and writing. While in law school, she gained knowledge and experience in eminent domain working as a law clerk in the field.
After graduation, Tara worked for a litigation firm in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. During her time as a litigation attorney, she gained invaluable experience in civil and criminal law on both the trial and appellate levels in state court and on the trial level in federal court. In 2014, Tara returned to full time eminent domain work. She is a Senior Attorney at Faherty Law Firm.
In 2018 Tara became an Affiliate Member of the Owners Counsel of America. Tara represents property owners across Pennsylvania in eminent domain and related property right matters.
