Attorney Klein is an experienced eminent domain litigator with over 15 years of eminent domain experience. Before joining Faherty Law Firm, Attorney Klein was a partner at Harrisburg-based law firm Smigel, Anderson & Sacks where his areas of practice included eminent domain, criminal law, civil litigation and zoning and land development. Before that he was a member of Joseph A. Klein P.C., a law firm whose primary focus was eminent domain. He is also a former Dauphin County Deputy District Attorney.
Attorney Klein is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.
